This page explains what we collect when you use fajrorganics.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Fajr Organics sells skin care online through this website. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 0306 2126688 or by email at info@fajrorganics.com.

What we collect when you order

• Your name, phone number, delivery address and city, and your email address if you give one.
• What you ordered, how you chose to pay (cash on delivery or bank transfer) and any note you add.

We don’t take card details on this website.

Why we use it

• To deliver your order: your name, phone number and address go to our courier, Leopards Courier, for the delivery.
• To contact you about your order by phone or WhatsApp.
• To send you emails about your order, if you gave an email address.
• To answer you when you message us.

Your account

You don’t need an account to order. If you create one, it keeps your details and past orders so you don’t have to type them again.

Cookies

• Your cart: cookies remember what is in your cart and keep you signed in to your account.
• How you found us: when you order, the shop records where your visit came from (for example a search engine or Instagram), to learn which places bring customers.
• Security and speed: the site uses cookies and records visits to keep it safe and fast.
• Our ads: Meta’s cookies, explained below.

Facebook and Instagram ads

We use the Meta Pixel to learn which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring customers, and to show our ads to people who have visited us. It tells Meta which pages and products you view, what you add to your cart, when you start checkout and what you order, with its value. It uses cookies, and sends Meta your IP address and browser details. When you order, Meta may also receive details such as your email address and phone number in a coded (hashed) form, so it can match the visit to its users; it doesn’t receive them as readable text.

You can choose which ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Reviews

If you write a review, it is shown with the name you give, and any photos you add, once we have approved it. Your email address is never shown.

What you can ask us

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them, unless we must keep an order’s record. Message us on WhatsApp or email us.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
