FAJR Organics Return Policy

At FAJR Organics, we care about our customers. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, don’t worry. We will replace it for free within 5-7 days. If you bought something by mistake, you can return it. Our team will check your case, and if your claim is valid, we’ll send you a replacement quickly. You’ll only need to pay for the shipping.

If you have skin issues or sensitive skin, please be careful. It’s a good idea to talk to a dermatologist before using our products. If your skin reacts because it’s sensitive or already has issues, we can’t take responsibility. We suggest reading the instructions carefully before using our products on sensitive or problem skin.

Please note, if you don’t like the product or change your mind after getting it, we can’t exchange or refund it. Also, if you refuse to take the delivery, we won’t be able to serve you in the future unless you pay in advance.
